Tyson answered his phone promptly and setting up an appointment was quick and painless. He helped me resolve my sub par work on my video cables and showed me where I made the mistake in case I ever want to try to do my own cables again in the future.

Tyson, his company, and his crew are fantastic. They are creative, they get the job done quickly and professionally, and they are there after the sale to help and support. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Let me start out by saying this team of guys along with Tyson are the best in the industry, They came to my restaurant and set up a complete system of 12 TVs. When installing they also removed miles of existing garbage put in by Comcast and Direct TV along with previous owners junk also. The system was unreal and performed better than any other I have seen. Whenever I needed some help they were there in a heartbeat. The guys were so clean and professional. When I sold the restaurant they came running to help us out again. There is no other company out there that performs with such precision and politeness as Tyson and his installation engineers. And yes I said engineers because they were that professional. THERE WILL BE NO OTHER COMPANY THAT EVEN COMES CLOSE.

Tyson engaged immediately once the request for service was submitted. He was attentive throughout my explanation of what I thought would be a complicated project. Once we agreed on the work Tyson sent over two very experienced techs who were friendly and professional. They relocated and got all equipment to communicate on the same signal path. They finished by calibrating the audio for the room perfectly. Their wiring was clean and at the end they explained their work in a clear understandable way. I will definitely use Tyson Whiteside in the future for all of my AV needs.

This company is not the best it meets and exceeds my expectations not only for the price but the people that work there they are professional and efficient.
